WHAT IS HEALTHY HABITS FOR KIDS?
Healthy Habits is a program that builds healthy bodies, confident minds and happy kids!

BEHAVIOR, MIND & MOVEMENT
The 3 Pillars that make up our Healthy Habits program.

DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR HEALTH & WELLNESS
Curriculum designed by leading experts with the goal of fighting childhood obesity.

AGE APPROPRIATE SESSIONS | 1.5 hours
Students attend (2) 15 min sessions assigned by their grade level. They will rotate until the 30 min session ends.

NUTRITION & FITNESS BASED ACTIVITIES
We make learning fun! Students will learn about nutrition and fitness through various activities.

KNOWLEAGBLE
COACHES
Highly trained coaches strive to make sure each student participates and improves.

PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION
Results speak for themselves as students improve through out the duration of the program.

Healthy Habits for seniors is a program that promotes strong bodies, sharp minds and joyful connections in the community.
REGISTRATION + WELLNESS CHECK

Seniors arrive and check in with registration, then will complete a blood pressure screening.
INFORMATION AND EDUCATION SESSION

Learn about nutrition, healthy living and mental well-being Healthcare Professionals.
CONNECTION AND INTERACTION

Seniors will socialize with their peers over a small complimentary breakfast.

FITNESS AND WELLNESS SESSION
Gentle exercises like yoga, aerobics and strength training to maintain mobility.

MOVEMENT THROUGH MOBILITY
Seniors receive a colored wristband and will break off into groups to begin their wellness experience.
MIND STIMULATION ACTIVITIES

Games and social activities that foster connection and engagement.
